Santa Rosa Junior College Bus, Train and Ride Share Services

I've been looking for alternative transportation from Santa Rosa Junior College. The bus line stops before my class ends which is at 10. I'm trying to get to Cotati, and the cab is just way to expensive. Are  there any ride share services from the JC around 10 on Tuesday and Thursday nights? Is there anybody on the SRJC council that is working to improve bus service? What about the Santa Rosa Town Council.? When is the Smart Train expected to offer train service:?
